Had an amazing experience. The staff was kind, considerate, and efficient. During this pandemic they were clean. They were very attentive to what I wanted and I am very pleased with my haircut. Will go again!

My time is not worth anything! Have the app, made the appointment, was on time but had to wait for 30 minutes. Discussion with the manager, walk-Ins get the next available barber. So the walk-in was there 5 minutes before my appointment and I had to wait. Manager said that was policy, but why use the app? Waiting for the franchise owners call and the area manager. My wife says good luck.... In the current environment, revenue is more important than loyalty. Issue is I like supporting locally owned businesses, but it is a two way street. So my consumer $$$$ will find a new home.
